Terms & Conditions
To maximize your kid's birthday experience, please note the following:
- Kids parties are scheduled for 10 people or more.
- Visits are typically scheduled for up to 80 minutes. Please speak with our team in order to adjust this to the needs of your visit.
- Your visit must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance and for birthdays combining event venue reservation, at least two weeks in advance (subject to availability).
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon booking.
- Final payment is due ahead of or upon arrival.
